Globally, Energizer doesn't own the Bunny. They stole that character from Duracell in a hotly contested court case in 1989. 

In non-Bunny markets they have a character called Mr. Energizer. He's a firecracker. And transcreation on a spot with dialogue is every bit the nightmare you expect it to be.
